                 President's Message:

   Welcome Back to School!

As we come together to start the 2015-16 school year, I want to thank you all for the great work that we do with and for Yucaipa's and Calimesa's children. This is an incredibly rewarding job mixed with many difficulties as well. YCEA's representatives all stand with you to help make this a very successful year for you and for our students that we serve.

To help make a smooth year, please familiarize yourself with our contract. It is posted on the "Contract & Salary Schedules" page above. You will also find a handout called "Know Your Contract" that gives the highlights of the commonly referred to articles.

Besides the contract, we are here to provide support both socially and professionally. We will be letting you know of many opportunities throughout the year to come together with each other. Also, YCEA leaders will be around to every campus to hear from you, to meet with site administrators, and to help advance the profession of public education in our district.

Here's to a very successful year!

In Unity,

Christopher Brunette

YCEA President
